Credentialing needs differ a lot depending on where you are. These are the situations we see most.

• New practices opening

  Everything at once: entity setup details, group NPI, Medicare and Medicaid enrollment, and commercial panels — sequenced so you can start billing as early as possible.

• Solo and small practices

  No dedicated credentialing staff, and no capacity to chase payers between patients. This is the most common reason practices call us.

• Growing groups adding providers

  Each new hire needs enrolling and linking to the group. We run it as a repeatable process rather than a scramble each time.

• Providers moving or adding a state

  New state licence, new Medicaid program, new commercial panels — and the existing enrollments kept intact.
