Re-credentialing
Getting on a panel is the hard part. Staying on it is the part that gets forgotten — usually until a claim denies.
Cycle tracking
Most payers re-credential every two to three years, each on their own schedule. We hold the calendar for every provider and every payer.
Filed ahead of the deadline
Re-credentialing packets go in early enough to absorb a round of questions without risking a lapse.
Expirables monitoring
State licences, DEA registration, board certification, malpractice coverage, CPR and immunization records — each with its own date, each capable of taking a provider off panel.
Reinstatement when needed
If a provider has already lapsed, we handle the reinstatement and push for the earliest possible effective date.
